Each production department like designing, cutting, stitching, washing, finishing and embroidery etc. is fully equipped with high tech automatic & robotic machines in terms of their qualitative as well as quantitative commercial compositions. In this regard, main emphasis is given to develop an ability through acquisition of machines to cater customer requirements ranging from traditional to contemporary styles. World class technology has been put to work at Al-Munaf Corporation-II Denim Division to produce denim jeans for world class customers. The production capacity has been designed to produce upto 250,000 jeans per month. Quality with no compromise is the cutting edge to win customers’ all over the globe.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
An extensive research and development department is created to enhance the product line of denim. With assistance and consultation of American & Italian experts, latest fashions & finishes are created for the larger selection of our customers. Full time professional designers are part of our staff & wet process finishes are created in Italy & United States of America. This department caters all demands of our customers & readily available to style/design/conceive any kind of product development the world market may require. State of the art TONELLO Italian finishing machines for Brushing, Washing, Dyeing, Sand Blasting, Spraying and Special Laser Effects are support to our research & development engineers & designers.

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
High standards of production planning & production scheduling are achieved by using Industrial Engineering Methods & Applied Apparel Technology Procedures. Full-time engineering staff is engaged in developing methods & systems to streamline production & devise improvements for quality product.
Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM) are derived for each operation of production & efficiency levels are strictly monitored on hourly basis to assure that all commitments and shipments are on time & schedule. American collaboration has helped this department to work at full potential with latest induction of man & machine working at its best!

CUTTING/SPREADING EQUIPMENT
GERBER USA automated pattern making, grading, marking, spreading & cutting is the last word for quality cutting room equipment. Latest high tech techniques & equipment are put to work to produce cut good to perfection.

STITCHING AUTOMATION
We believe that high quality & efficiency is the demand of the world & can only be met with technology & automation working with highly qualified man power. Al-Munaf Corporation II has successfully achieved this goal by installing fully automated Italian VI.BE.MAC. Sewing Systems comprising of automatic pocket setters, pocket designs & embroideries, auto patch & label setters, waistband attachments, loop attachment & leg hemming.

STATE OF THE ART WET PROCESS EQUIPMENT

To meet this demand, Al-Munaf Corporation-II has invested monies in State of the Art equipment for Wet Process Finishing.
Our special finish line is equipped with high tech TONELLO Italian robotic finishing machines for Brushing, Washing, Dyeing, Sand Blasting, and Spraying.

SPECIAL LASER EFFECT
Fully automated laser technology applied to create extensive designs/motifs/damage effects/rugged looks/portray designs/blast & splatter effects. This advance TONELLO Italian technology can create any thing in one’s imagination to utmost perfection & impact!!

PRESSING EQUIPMENT
MACPI Italian Toppers have been installed to give high performance & final finishing touches to our denim jeans. Auto steam blowing & vacuum extraction is done at perfection to give an immaculate look to our bottom line. No compromise is done to deliver a quality product to our valued customer.
